The ACCESS consortium held its last virtual coordination meeting of the year on 10 December 2021. The online meeting was attended by 25 delegates from Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Greece and Spain, representing the 13 Higher Education Institutions and 3 national Ministries of Education participating in the ACCESS project. The meeting focused on the review of the technical and financial-administrative interim report to be submitted to the European Commission during the month of December, as well as on the resolution of doubts and the planning of the next activities.

The same day also took place the meeting of the Quality Board of the ACCESS project in which representatives of all project partners participated. During the meeting the conclusions of the Internal Quality Report that will be annexed to the interim report were presented and approved by the members of the Quality Board.

ACCESS/“Promoting Accessibility of Students with Disability to Higher Education in Cuba, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic” is an Erasmus+ Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices: Capacity-building in higher education, co-funded by the European Commission. The overall objective of the ACCESS project is to improve accessibility, ensure learning conditions and foster policy change towards inclusion for students with disabilities within the context of the Higher Education system in Costa Rica, Cuba and Dominican Republic via modern inclusion practices, training and networking.
