Nov 20, 2023

On November 20, 21 and 22, 2023, Laura Valenzuela, Vice Chancellor of Institutional Development at the CENFOTEC University of Costa Rica and member of ACCESS, participated in the Regional Erasmus+ Regional Cluster meeting and contact-making seminar. This event took place in Panama, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Regional Week.

This event aimed to promote international collaboration, knowledge exchange and cultural understanding, perfectly aligning with the objectives of the Erasmus+ program.

In particular, the meeting allowed:

  • Discover the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program for Latin America and the Caribbean and obtain valuable knowledge about the requirements of the different actions.
  • Listen to the experience of the project beneficiaries and share ideas.
  • Establish contacts with several higher education institutions in European and American countries Latin America and the Caribbean to generate collaboration in projects.

The ACCESS presentation began with the video that summarizes the creation of the CAIC (CENFOTEC Inclusion Support Center), the result of the work carried out within the project. The video summarizes the member countries of the consortium, project objectives, services provided by the CAIC and the different dissemination and dissemination activities that have been carried out.

Without a doubt, it is a milestone that the EC has invited the ACCESS project to participate in the Erasmus+ Regional Cluster meeting, where the results of the project were also presented as an example of success.
